Order processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). As several of our products are made in small, fresh batches, occasional delays may occur during high-demand periods or new launches — we'll always keep you informed.

Delivery timelines We ship across India through our trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A flat standard shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹999.

Tracking & address You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout — orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require re-shipping charges.
